    • The MFH FELZ EIS in Adliswil is a pioneering multi-family residence built with sustainability at its core. Constructed using a modular solid wood system, the building is fully recyclable and free from harmful emissions. The wood comes from the Sihlwald forest.

Energy efficiency is a defining feature of the project. Solar energy provides heating and hot water, stored in a Jenni solar tank, while a Swiss salt-based battery stores excess electricity for later use. In winter, surplus energy not stored as electricity is used to heat the water tank, ensuring optimal energy utilization.

The permaculture-inspired landscape promotes biodiversity with a mix of wild and cultivated plants. The spacious floor plans and large windows create bright interiors, while natural materials like solid wood walls and oak parquet offer a chemical-free, warm, and healthy living environment.
