    • Ubakus offers three integrated tools for comprehensive building performance analysis: the Building Component Analysis/U-value Calculator, Heat Demand Calculator, and Thermal Simulation. These tools enable architects, builders, and energy planners to optimize building designs for energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and sustainability.

The Building Component Analysis/U-value Calculator allows users to construct detailed layers of building components, calculating U-values, condensation points, thermal bridges, and life cycle emissions (LCA). This tool helps identify potential moisture issues and heat loss, ensuring robust and efficient building envelopes.

The Heat Demand Calculator integrates saved components like facades, roofs, and floors with window properties to estimate overall building heat demand. It offers a nuanced analysis that factors in air exchange rates, ensuring compliance with ventilation standards such as SIA standards.

The Thermal Simulation provides a dynamic hourly calculation of heating demand, temperature fluctuations, and comfort levels. By considering heat storage capacities, sun protection, and ventilation behavior, this tool delivers a detailed analysis of both operational and embodied CO₂ emissions. Together, these tools empower users to design sustainable, energy-efficient buildings with precision and insight.
